Explore the creative and wellness process of local Long Beach artist and muralist, Sawai, using oil pastels on cold press paper. This workshop covers the importance of connecting with the inner child through journaling and a special guided art activity that focuses on re-wiring societal’s ideas of perfectionism. We will learn that creating your own lane is not scary when you’re true to yourself.
This will be an intimate and safe space for individuals to connect with the community and most importantly, to connect with their inner self. Open to beginners and experienced artists alike, this workshop offers a comprehensive and enjoyable experience. No experience is required and all materials are included.
