Abby Aceves
Proclamation/Proclamación
Proclamation/Proclamación is an exploration of resilience and transformation. Through relentless introspection, I seek to awaken the wild, magical, and defiant spirit that once lived within me, silenced by the tyrannies of life. By constructing a visual language from a diversity of materials, I embrace both strength and vulnerability. I reclaim what is mine: my power. Each piece becomes an act of self-possession, an unapologetic declaration of existence.
